Do you have a keen imagination and vivid dreams? Is time alone each day as essential to you as food and water? Are you noted for your empathy? Your conscientiousness? Do noise and confusion quickly overwhelm you? If your answers are yes, you may be a highly sensitive person (HSP), and this is the life-changing guide you’ll want in your toolbox. Are you easily overwhelmed by such things as bright lights, strong smells, coarse fabrics, or sirens nearby? YUP :)
Do you get rattled when you have a lot to do in a short amount of time? Who doesn't?
Do you make a point of avoiding violent movies and TV shows? Not really.. Loved KillB and BR
Do you need to withdraw during busy days, into bed or a darkened room or some other place where you can have privacy and relief from the situation? Not Really
Do you make it a high priority to arrange your life to avoid upsetting or overwhelming situations? Sure

How she suggests hacking it :
Give yourself credit for being, not doing.
Praise yourself for taking risks and learning something new, rather than for y successes. It will help you cope with failure.
Try not to compare yourself with others. It invites excessive competition.
Give yourself ops to interact with other gifted people.
Do not overschedule y. Allow time to think, daydream.
Keep expectations realistic.
Do not hide your abilities.
Be your own advocate. Support your r to be y.
Accept it when you have narrow interests or goals (if you only want to study neutrinos and nothing else - it takes both types to make a world)
